Privacy Policy – "Otzar HaSipurim" (Treasury of Stories)

Last updated: October 27, 2026

Who we are

The "Otzar HaSipurim" app is provided by Ulpanei Shamil (The Chassidic Story Theater). It offers recorded Chassidic stories, videos and songs for children and families.

What information is kept

• Account: you sign in with a username and password provided with your purchase. The username is used to identify the account and give access to the content.
• Progress and settings: which stories were heard, which videos were watched and the parents-area settings are stored on the device itself (the browser/app local storage). They can be removed by signing out and clearing the app's data.
• Technical information: like any website, our hosting servers may record basic technical information (for example IP address, device type and request time) to operate and secure the service.

We do not ask children to enter personal details in the app. The account is managed by the parents.

What we do not do

• The app shows no advertising.
• We do not sell personal information to anyone.

Third-party services

Some videos are played from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). While such a video plays, Google/YouTube may process information under the Google Privacy Policy. Audio files and images are served from our own hosting.

Access and deletion

You can ask us at any time to review, correct or delete information connected to your account, or to close the account.
